Spacious Great Room

The heart of the cabin, the great room, is perfect for relaxation and gatherings. Warm up by the gas log fireplace, enjoy climate control with a dedicated HVAC split air unit, and unwind on a cozy couch, loveseat, or one of two recliners. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV with cable and a stereo system (CD, Bluetooth, and radio). A farmhouse-style dining table seats four, and openable windows invite refreshing mountain breezes.

Fantastic little cabin close enough to the main strip for outstanding convenience, but far enough away for privacy and quiet. The only thing you’ll hear is the awesome little creek just off the deck in the back yard. Great stay. Exceeded our expectations.

Location couldn’t have been better! Was a bit worried when it was snowing as we arrived but the road is easy to find/close to everything you could need, yet secluded and quiet enough to get the true cabin feel. Cabin was clean and cozy, truly couldn’t have asked for more.

Pictures don’t do this cute home justice! This was our first Airbnb and we could not have been happier! Everything was comfortable and clean, it was right off the main road which makes it easy to access yet still feels secluded. We would stay again in a heartbeat! The creek looks smaller in pics but is so loud and the sound is so tranquil and relaxing. We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck

Great cabin. Highly recommend. Lots of amenities and very clean. Can’t go wrong. Creek in the backyard is a huge plus, sleep with the window open for a nice sleep aid.

If you are looking for comfortable, quaint and relaxing, THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE! The back deck and creek are EVERYTHING! Dave is an amazing host with quick responses! WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!

Small but quaint stay, absolutely loved the place and town. Dave was very quick to responding when we contacted him and very polite. The cabin is a little bit off the main road but not too far out, we actually decided to walk from the cabin to town several times. This trip made us fall in love with the area and we definitely will be back soon! Thanks Dave for the opportunity to stay, we truly enjoyed it.

Dave’s place is super chill! It’s in an awesome location and very cozy! We loved the back deck and being able to hear the creek while in bed so we slept well. We also enjoyed the gas fire pit outback and the gas fire place inside. One of our best experiences yet!

The cabin is so adorable! We loved it so much we spent most of our time there! Falling asleep to the sound of the stream just out the window was so relaxing and calm. It was exactly what we needed. Everything we could have possibly needed was there in the cabin. Not a single negative thing to say. I only wish we had visited in winter so we could have used that fireplace! It was so cozy and welcoming. We can't wait to visit again!

Great cabin to experience Maggie Valley. Even with the closer proximity to neighbors inside and outside you feel remote. Highlight is the back deck with grill, fire pit, lighting and the natural stream. We enjoyed cooking in the space and our time there. Overall experience was calming. Fast communication with Dave.

The perfect quaint cabin! The perfect back porch view. Easily accessible and not a crazy drive up the mountain. Minutes from many good restaurants.

This actually is our third time renting from Dave. The location is absolutely perfect and we enjoy the creek out back. Dave is such a wonderful host and we cannot wait to return to visit the cabin. It is conveniently located not far from the main road and is close to pretty much everything in town. The cabin is perfect for a little get away with such ‘at home’ charm.

Dave’s cabin was a great place to stay to enjoy both the Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very convenient to many things to do but still made us feel like we were remote and secluded. The cabin was comfortable and cozy with most everything you need. Having 2 bedrooms with a King bed in the Master and 2 full baths was very nice. The back deck as amazing. We highly recommend this little gem! Plus, you couldn’t ask for better customer service. Dave was easily accessible and able to assist us. When we go back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this cabin! One of the things we most wanted was the sound of a creek and this one was perfect! The backyard is filled with rhododendrons! I would love to go back when they are in bloom. We stayed on the back porch the whole time in comfy outdoor furniture with great outdoor lighting. Dave was wonderful to work with and had everything we needed. We will be back!
